For founder Jon Dee, the answer started with plum. Growing up in a Chinese-Filipino family in the Philippines, Jon grew up with the sweet, sour and salty taste of plum — a familiar flavor from childhood. Years later, that memory became the starting point for something new: not a copy of a traditional snack, but a familiar flavor reimagined through mango.Mango brings the Philippine side of the story.
