From the Central Visayas
We carefully source our mangoes from the Central Visayan islands of the Philippines, where the warm tropical climate produces fruit with the sweetness, flavor and texture we look for.
Sourced close to the origin
Our distinctive plum fruit powders are personally sourced from traditional plum-growing regions of southern China and from the southern foothills of Taiwan’s Central Mountain Range — places where plums have long been grown and transformed into the sweet, sour and salty flavors that inspired Kiam Kiam.
